There are extraordinary people out there, with talent and more importantly work ethic.

And it’s super duper easy to look at them and think I want that, or I think I could do that, and want to replicate their genius.

Humility and truthfulness with thy self can be very hard. As I have become a better listener and more self aware it blows we away how delusional much of the world is.

How even really successful people have likely made it to where they are on fluke or serendipity cause they do a lot of stupid shit. Like they are successful because they are in their lane, but they could do even BETTER if they would get honest about what is necessary and what is their ego driving the decision.

So where does one begin? Here are 10 questions to help discover where you rise and shine above others.

This points to passions and natural talents where you excel effortlessly.

What do people often ask you for help with?

Others’ requests can reveal skills or qualities you’re recognized for.

What tasks or roles do you find yourself naturally taking charge of in group settings?

Leadership or initiative in specific areas can highlight your strengths.

What achievements are you most proud of, and what skills did they require?

Reflecting on past successes can uncover consistent strengths.

What do you do better or things that come easier to you, than most people you know?

Comparing yourself to peers can clarify where you stand out.

What feedback or compliments do you frequently receive from others?

External perspectives often spotlight strengths you might overlook.

What challenges have you overcome, and what abilities helped you do so?

Resilience and problem-solving skills often reveal core strengths.

What skills or tasks do you learn quickly compared to others?

Rapid learning in certain areas suggests natural aptitude.

What would you do every day if you could, regardless of pay?

This uncovers intrinsic motivations tied to your strengths.

What values or qualities do you prioritize in your work or life, and how do you express them?

Your core values often align with strengths you consistently demonstrate.
