Reflection

Consistency on the macro is in place. Consistency at the micro is hit or miss.

I am going good at working out, I have got 11 weeks consecutive of working out through ladder. I like using apps that will track and therefore have method of accountability.

I was better at getting steps, losing my dog and having a lot of work travel has really killed my ability to get 10k steps a day. I found it pretty easy when I walked 3 km twice per day with the dog, and want to try and work on getting that done again, bring back the routine as spring comes. Plan to have a treadmill for next winter.

I have been doing better with natural foods and water too. Not perfect but I used AI to help me define a meal plan that is good for travelling and still high in fibre and protein, I need to focus more and be more consistent.

In career, I struggle to create posts, feeling cringe and self conscious. I need to work on letting go and just posting authentically.

Plan

I think planning for a week at a time might be too small of a vision. It’s almost too easy to be done! and forgot about continuing. Simply too small of a time horizon for macro consistency.

Water consumption. I have been drinking more water in recent weeks, but I lack consistency of volume.

Daily step count. As the weather improves, take advantage of being able to walk outside 2x per day, once at wake up and once after supper. 3km loops will ensure 10k / day reached, in conjunction with daily steps acquired during work hours.

Make Sunday into a prep day. Laundry, groceries, packing. Ensure foods are prepackaged so that maintaining diet is easy.

  • mini vlogs, which are longer version of the stories and have “story” built into the media.

  • Systems, processes, recipes. Things which communicate a depth of knowledge, teachable moment.

Take extra care with daily presentation, up my grooming, hygiene and style for public persona.
